Jing Wu

Jing Wu is an Associate Professor of Sociology and the Program Director of the International Master’s Program in Strategic Human Resource Management and Labour Relations at the Department of Sociology and Work Science, University of Gothenburg, Sweden. Her research and teaching primarily focus on the aging workforce, aged care systems, suicide prevention, and mental health promotion in later life. She co-edits ‘Aged Care in Context and Across Disciplines: China and Nordic Regions in Focus’ (Cambridge Scholars Publishing, 2024).
 

Trang Nguyen

Trang Nguyen is currently a Master's student in Strategic Human Resource Management and Labor Relations at the University of Gothenburg, Sweden. She is pursuing a career as a Talent Partner, focusing on human potential and employee engagement within the field of HRM. Trang's interests include consulting with associates on workplace psychology, supporting management teams in building organizational culture and developing leadership programs.
