TexCEP Book Club First Meeting

The Texas Center for Equity Promotion (TexCEP) welcomes all interested affiliates to their inaugural meeting of the TexCEP Affiliates Book Club! This new opportunity allows the TexCEP community to connect through inspiring literature, starting with “Poverty, By America” by Matthew Desmond, which explores the wealth disparity in the United States. 

A copy of the book can be found on Amazon or Bookshop.org and all attendees are asked to read the book in advance. Lunch will be served and registration is kindly requested (see below).
