Sophomore in Kinesiology: Health Promotion and Behavioral Science
Hi, I’m Audrey, and I’m a sophomore at UT Austin, majoring in Kinesiology: Health Promotion & Behavioral Science. I bring a strong foundation in leadership, healthcare experience, and community impact. I've worked hands-on in healthcare settings where I fully grasped and mastered the complexities of insurance, and took this experience to inspire a deeper understanding of health policy and equity. My leadership extends to serving as Texas Health Promotion Club’s Social Media Officer, raising significant funds for causes like the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, and more, along with being awarded a merit scholarship allowing me to pay tuition at the in-state rate, demonstrating my dedication to my studies. I’m passionate about improving healthcare accessibility, especially for older populations, and fostering community change through service and advocacy. I’m seeking opportunities where I can further combine my healthcare knowledge and leadership experience to make a meaningful impact for future generations.
